Boxing taught me that the hardest battles are rarely the ones in the ring.
They’re the battles in our own mind, our habits, our confidence, and the stories we tell ourselves.

My name is Corey Waretini, founder of Chaos Coaching.
What started as a passion for boxing evolved into something much bigger, a space where people can build strength physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My coaching is about more than pads, punches, and fitness. It’s about helping people reconnect with themselves through discipline, movement, challenge, and community. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build confidence, improve your boxing skills, or simply become stronger in life, I believe training should transform more than just your body.

I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, complete beginners, athletes, people rebuilding after difficult seasons, and people searching for a place they finally feel they belong. That’s what Chaos Coaching is built on: growth through adversity, learning to move with chaos instead of fearing it.

My approach combines boxing, strength & conditioning, mindset coaching, and real human connection. I create an environment where people are pushed, supported, and reminded they’re capable of far more than they think.
